You may return qualifying products and services sold and fulfilled by the Fiorella Music Group, LLC. within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between Novemeber 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Non-refundable Products and Services

Due to the nature of some of our Products and Services, and the scope of work, these items do not qualify for a refund.

When Will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
